At ENTER2026 in Breda, Dolores Ordoñez, Director General at AnySolution and Coordinator of the D3HUB, took part as a Keynote Speaker, highlighting a message that sits at the core of D3HUB’s mission:
– Tourism is not short on data.
– What is often missing is the ability to turn data into better decisions.
The keynote focused on key challenges facing tourism today:
– Data as a foundation for sustainability — environmental, social and economic. Without reliable data, sustainability remains an intention rather than an action.
– Evidence-based decision-making as a necessity for destinations, especially in a context of climate pressure, overtourism and rapidly changing traveller behaviour.
This perspective strongly aligns with the work carried out within D3HUB, the EU Competence Centre supporting data management and collaboration in tourism destinations.
